Pre-Interview Screen
We setup a 15-minute call to chat about the job we found for you and see if it’s a good fit
Pre-Interview Confirmation
We double check with our client to be sure they think you’re good fit
Interview Strategy
We schedule the interview and help you gain an edge and perform as the best version of yourself
Interview(s)
You interview (maybe more than once)
Post-Interview
We check in with both the client and you to see how things went and agree on next steps
Offer
If everything goes according to plan, we extend you an offer

What if I don’t hear back?
Few things are worse than a recruiter not calling or emailing you back. We get it. Truth is that we might have filled the job you applied for, called off the search, or learned that it was filled by somebody else.
We promise to call, email, maybe even text when we find a job that’s a good fit for you.
